Chili Z. Pefianco

Chili is very well known in the travel industry. She has been involved in travel for over 25 years. She is best known for her long stint at Travelwide Associated Sales Philippines, Inc. Having started as a reservations agent, she rose through the ranks to become a reservations supervisor, sales agent, sales supervisor and finally a sales manager. She recently retired from TWASP as the manager for passenger sales of Royal Brunei Airlines.

Chili now uses her many years of experience and connections in the travel industry to help her clients find the best value for money holidays here in the Philippines and abroad. She specializes in organizing pilgrimages and special tours. She is an avid scuba diver and has visited many of the dive sites and dive resorts around the Philippines.

Rafael M. Pefianco

Raffy is very well known in the dive travel business having been affiliated with many of the dive shops in the Philippines. Raffy is a retired scuba instructor, course director and a former commissioner of the Philippine Commission on Sports Scuba Diving. He has traveled widely around the Philippines and he has dived in many of the dive sites around the Philippines.

Raffy is also very much involved in his management services business. His company, RMP Consultancy, provides training to many companies in lean manufacturing technologies. Raffy puts together his knowledge of business and information technology to help small and medium scale enterprises improve their businesses.
